HOW TO BOOK - BOOK NOW FOR SEPTEMBER 2019 !

To book your places on-line simply click on the button at the bottom of this page and then complete the special booking form, then click the submit button to send it to us. Alternatively, if you prefer, print out the booking page, fill in the form, and mail it to us. You can also telephone for a booking form by post. Full details are below.

The total cost is only £160 per person (£99 for your pass if staying in the offsite hotels or camping onsite). You can pay in full or a deposit of just £50 per person secures your place! The price includes your accommodation, free use of all the holiday center facilities plus entrance to all the music Venues, the famous Caister BBQ and the Waterworld for a full three days! REMEMBER Sunday night is INCLUDED!

Single Bookings: We welcome single bookings but If you wish to make a single booking for 1 person please note that there is no discount so please call us first if you need any more information.

ONSITE BOOKINGS AND ACCOMMODATION

STOP PRESS ......   We have now sold out of the smaller 4 berth accommodation onsite, but we can still take bookings onsite for 6 people and upwards, or if paying for a six berth.
We still have plenty of Hotel Accommodation and camping pitches for all group sizes.

Any group or party size is accepted on-site from 6 people upwards. Please book early to ensure the best on-site accommodation and to be nearest to the entertainment buildings. (For groups smaller than 6 people we have nearby hotel accommodation available from just two people upwards). On arrival you will be given the keys to your on site accommodation. All suites are fully self-catering and include a lounge with colour cable TV, bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens... most equipped with microwaves and hairdryers in the bedrooms. All heating, lighting and normal and electricity is included in the price, with nothing more to pay.

CAISTER HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

As well as our on-site chalet apartments and holiday homes there is also Hotel accommodation available for small and larger groups from just two people upwards. (If you wish to make a booking for just one person please note that there is no discount, the £99 dicount price is for bookings of 2 or more). We have our hotel accommodation for small and larger groups available at our several local nearby hotels. There is a shuttle bus service running 24 hours a day between all of our hotels and the entertainment buildings.

As with all Caister Weekenders the limited on-site accommodation does get booked up quite early and we tend to run out of on-site accommodation several months in advance. Our hotels are a great option for later bookings.

Our ticket price for people staying in the nearby hotel accommodation is reduced to £99 per person. Your Weekender Pass is exactly the same as if you were staying in an on-site unit. We will process your booking in the normal way and issue you with your Caister confirmation and tickets. We will also be sending you the CAISTER HOTEL GUIDE listing all of our Caister hotels, their facilities and our special reduced rates. You simply then choose your local hotel accommodation. You pay the hotel directly for your accommodation. This has the advantage of allowing you to choose the exact type of accommodation you would like, including bed and breakfast where available. Most of the Hotel rooms cost between £20 and £30 per person per night, depending on the hotel of your choice. The hotels do offer you a far greater choice of accommodation than would be available on-site as a late booking or smaller group. Most of the hotels hold (block book) all their rooms for our Caister guests so that each hotel is part of the Caister experience as well. There is plenty of Hotel Accommodation still available for this event.

All of the hotels are nearby and we use them on all of our events. Most of our hotels are situated on or near the main promenade along Great Yarmouth sea-front. They are approximately 5 to 10 minutes from the Weekender. So you don’t have to walk or drive we have a regular Mini-bus shuttle service which operates between the hotels and the event all day and night until at least 5am. The Mini-bus service runs directly between the Hotels and Caister Reception so no walking is involved.

BRING YOUR ACCOMMODATION WITH YOU
Our Superb camping areas....

Alternatively if you prefer, you can also bring your own caravan or camper van. You can even use one of our special on-site tent pitches and camp at Caister if you wish to bring your own tent with you. If you wish to camp at Caister we have a superb camping area as well, with shower blocks and all facilities.

This option allows you to stay on site as we have numerous tie-ups for caravans and camper vans with electricity and cable TV points all included for free.

PLEASE BOOK EARLY AS CAISTER GETS VERY BUSY!

You can also book for a future Caister event at Reception during any current event and on our internet reservation service... and remember...early bookers always receive preferential accommodation! Our online booking service allows you to reserve your places up to 18 months in advance of each event. We do not normally make any card deductions until after all the preceding events have concluded but by booking early you secure your places.
