THE SMALL PRINT... OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1) OUR PRICE GUARANTEE

The Caister Soul Weekender Organisation (CSW) guarantee not to increase the advertised price of the Event once you have received your Confirmation of booking from us.

2) CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

CSW start to incur costs for your booking from the time your booking is made. Therefore please note that deposits will always be payable once you make a booking. In keeping with most holiday bookings, deposits are always non-refundable and non-transferable. We also absorb all Credit and Debit card charges and other costs in processing your booking. If a member of your party wishes to cancel it may be possible to refund their balance of payment provided that we receive a written request at least 30 days before the event. We might then be able to refund their payment less their deposit. Within 30 days of the event we regret no refunds or changes of any kind can be made.

3) CHANGES BY YOU

If you wish to make any changes to your booking after you have booked please telephone or e-mail us. DO NOT make another online booking. If you change the number of people for whom you have booked, the total price will be re-calculated for the new party size. If your party reduces in number to less than 4, and you are an onsite booking, it may mean that surcharges are payable if you wish to remain onsite (or you can switch to our hotel accommodation) as there is limited onsite accommodation for groups smaller than 4 people. We also offer hotel accommodation for groups of just one person upwards. Caister Weekenders start to incur costs for your booking from the time your booking is made. Therefore please note that once you have made a booking deposits are non-refundable.

4) LIABILITY & INSURANCE

The Caister Soul Weekender Organisation accepts no responsibility for any loss; or damage to your personal belongings whilst you are at the holiday centre. We recommend you take out insurance cover for your stay should you be unable to attend. If you already have annual holiday insurance this may cover you for your visit, please check with your policy provider. You can also obtain short break cover from comparethemarket.com. Cheap Short Break insurance is readily available from holiday insurers and on the internet.

5) DATA PROTECTION

Names and addresses supplied to us for your booking are kept secure and are for our use only. We DO NOT sell your information to third parties or pass on any information for other companies to use in mailing lists.

6) APPEARANCES

CSW reserve the right to change, cancel, or substitute any DJ or Artiste if due to circumstances beyond our control it is not possible for a DJ or Artiste to appear. Occasionally DJ's and Artistes are advertised prior to final confirmation and may be subject to change.

7) R.O.A.R.

Caister Weekenders do not accept bookings from Stag Groups. CSW reserve the right to refuse bookings or admission  to the event to anyone who brings the name of Caister Soul Weekenders, the event, the DJ’s or any member of staff, into disrepute, whether verbally, written or by their actions. This also applies to anyone assisting in the above.This will apply, and continue to apply until such times that a full and acceptable apology is made.

8) PARTY LEADERS

The person making the booking and in whos name the booking is made under shall be designated the "Party Leader". It is not possible to change the Party Leader once a booking has been made. The Party Leader will at all times remain responsible for the people in their group booking.

9) ACCOMMODATION

MOST accommodation has a either a sofa or a convertible bed-settee in the lounge. This will have to be used as a part of your sleeping arrangements if you:

1. Booked late.
2. If you were late returning your Confirmation Form or any photos or payments.
3. If your group has increased in size since you originally booked.
4. If your group size is an odd number, such as 5, 7 or 9 etc

Also note that all accommodation includes a least one double bed. Virtually all of the accommodation have sleeping arrangements for groups of people in even sizes of 4, 6 and 8, (Large groups above 8 in size are allocated several holiday homes or chalets near to each other). Groups of 5 are normally allocated a four berth with one person using the sofa, and groups of 7 people a six berth with one on the sofa.

10) BREAKAGES & DAMAGE

Any breakages found in your accommodation must be reported to Reception on arrival. All guests are responsible for their accommodation and it's contents. Any breakages should be reported to Reception straight away. Vauxhall Holiday Park Staff will be make checks and any damage will be the responsibility of, and charged to, the party in the accommodation concerned.

11) FORCE MAJEURE

The Caister Weekender Organisation shall be under no liability if they are unable to carry out any provision of the booking for any reason beyond their control, including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, legislation, war, terrorism, pandemic, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock out, strike or other action taken by employees in contemplation of furtherance of a dispute or owing to any inability to produce materials required for the performance of the event.
